After 30 years of leading global Research and Development organizations in the Food and Beverage industry, I decided to retire from corporate life to pursue my passion for triathlon coaching.  I have competed for over 13+ years from Sprint to Ironman distances, having the privilege of competing at IM 70.3 World Championships on two occasions.  I am a "numbers guy" who likes to analyze data seeking the latest technology and strategies to help my athletes attain and exceed their goals.
